Jeff Hello, everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at this hardwired mounting kit for the Hughes Autoformer's 30 amp voltage booster. Now this will securely mount your 30 amp Hughes voltage booster inside of your RV's electrical compartment. Now that booster we do sell separate on our website. It's part number H-U-2-4-F-R.
Now this will help protect your voltage booster from the elements. It includes everything shown here on the table. A five foot long 30 amp cord with the male plug. And the 30 amp female receptacle for the service cord. Now the male cord itself is what'll wire into your transfer switch or your main breaker.
And the female receptacle wires to the loose wires of your short cable. These parts are made in the USA. We had mentioned the cord length on this is 5 feet. The dimension on the box itself is gonna be right at 4 inches, by 4 inches. And a total height of 2 3/4 inches tall.

Easy to install, works great. I have now installed the 50 AMP unit as well as this 30AMP unit and they work just great with all being hidden inside my RVs.

Works great. Installed this after power issues at a campground. Very easy install, mounted inside camper.
